Dear HTA client,

We have all listened closely to the serious warnings being issued by government and health officials regarding the advancing health threat of the COVID-19 virus.   While there are many unanswered questions, our highest priority will continue to be the health and safety of our clients and our technicians.  While we try to maintain our normal service and installation schedule, we want you to know we will take additional protective measures if it is necessary to enter your home or business during this turbulent period.  We will continue to cover our feet with protective booties – and in recognition the evolving coronavirus threat, we will wear gloves and mask – as well as practice social distancing as instructed by the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

We will continue to do everything in our power to keep your network and entertainment systems operating optimally – at a time when we know these systems will be most needed.  HTA can diagnose and often solve many of your system issues remotely from our Rockville offices.  But in the event it is  necessary to come to your home or office, we want you to know that we prioritize your health and ours above all else as we move forward together.
